Se non sei soddisfatto del tuo acquisto, puoi restituire il prodotto secondo le seguenti condizioni.

Diritto di Recesso (14 Giorni)

Hai 14 giorni dalla data di consegna per richiedere un reso, senza dover fornire spiegazioni.

• Il reso deve essere richiesto scrivendo a info@vicode.it.
• Il prodotto deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto, non usato e nella confezione originale.
• I costi di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente.

Rimborsi

Dopo aver ricevuto e verificato il reso:
✅ Ti rimborseremo entro 14 giorni con lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato.
✅ Se il prodotto è danneggiato o presenta segni di uso, potrebbe essere applicata una riduzione del rimborso.

Eccezioni

Il diritto di reso non si applica nei seguenti casi:
❌ Prodotti personalizzati o su misura.
❌ Articoli in saldo o in vendita finale (clearance).
❌ Prodotti danneggiati per uso improprio.

 

Come effettuare un reso

1️⃣ Compila il modulo di recesso disponibile [qui] (link al modulo di recesso)

2️⃣ Invia una mail a info@vicode.it indicando il numero d’ordine, il motivo del reso e allegando il modulo compilato.

3️⃣ Ricevi l'indirizzo per la restituzione: ti forniremo i dettagli per la spedizione del prodotto.

4️⃣ Spedisci il prodotto entro 14 giorni dalla richiesta, assicurandoti che sia integro, non utilizzato e nella confezione originale.

5️⃣ Ricezione e rimborso: una volta ricevuto e verificato il reso, procederemo con il rimborso entro 14 giorni, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento dell’acquisto.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, without providing any explanation.

• The return must be requested by writing to info@vicode.it.
• The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the return:

✅ If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a reduction in the refund may apply.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

How to Return a Product

2️⃣ Send an email to info@vicode.it including your order number, reason for the return, and the completed form as an attachment.

3️⃣ Receive the return address: We will provide you with the details for shipping the product back.

4️⃣ Ship the product within 14 days of the request, ensuring it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

5️⃣ Return processing & refund: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Diritto di recesso

In conformità con il Codice del Consumo italiano (D.Lgs. 206/2005), gli Utenti che acquistano prodotti o servizi su Vicode hanno il diritto di recedere dal contratto senza fornire motivazioni entro 14 giorni. Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui l’Utente o un terzo, diverso dal vettore e designato dall’Utente, acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, l’Utente deve inviare una dichiarazione esplicita della sua decisione tramite uno dei contatti forniti di seguito. È possibile utilizzare il modulo di recesso facoltativo, disponibile [qui] (link al modulo di recesso)

Effetti del recesso

Se l’Utente recede dal contratto, Vicode provvederà a rimborsare tutti i pagamenti effettuati, inclusi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione di eventuali costi aggiuntivi derivanti dalla scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dalla modalità standard meno costosa offerta da Vicode) senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui Vicode è informato della decisione di recedere dal contratto.

Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato dall’Utente per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo tra le parti. L’Utente non dovrà sostenere alcun costo aggiuntivo a causa di tale rimborso. Il rimborso potrà essere sospeso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino a quando l’Utente non fornirà prova di aver rispedito i beni, se precedente.

Condizioni per il reso dei beni

L'Utente è pregato di rispedire i beni entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha comunicato la sua decisione di recedere dal contratto. Il termine è considerato rispettato se i beni vengono rispediti prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi di restituzione dei beni sono a carico dell’Utente, salvo accordi diversi. Vicode non applica alcuna commissione di riassortimento.

L’Utente è responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento.

Tutti gli articoli venduti su Vicode.it sono realizzati artigianalmente, senza l'uso di macchinari industriali, utilizzando esclusivamente materie prime naturali e con processi ecosostenibili. Ogni pezzo è interamente fatto e dipinto a mano, il che può comportare lievi imperfezioni, variazioni di colore, differenze dimensionali o piccole crepe. Queste caratteristiche non sono considerate difetti, bensì espressioni uniche dell'artigianalità del prodotto, che ne aumentano il valore e l'unicità. Di conseguenza, tali elementi non costituiscono motivo di reso.

Limitazioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica nei seguenti casi:

• Prodotti personalizzati o su misura: beni confezionati su richiesta dell’Utente o chiaramente personalizzati.
• Prodotti sigillati non restituibili per motivi igienici o di protezione della salute che siano stati aperti dopo la consegna.
• Beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi rapidamente o che hanno una scadenza breve.
• Prodotti in "promo finale" o altri articoli venduti a prezzo scontato in promozioni non rimborsabili (questo include vendite finali o clearance).

Garanzia legale di conformità

Gli Utenti consumatori hanno diritto alla garanzia legale di conformità sui prodotti acquistati su Vicode, come previsto dal Codice del Consumo. La garanzia ha una durata di 24 mesi dalla consegna del bene e copre i difetti di conformità esistenti al momento della consegna. Eventuali difetti devono essere segnalati entro 2 mesi dalla loro scoperta.

Per esercitare il diritto di garanzia, l’Utente deve inviare una e-mail al Titolare fornendo il numero d’ordine e una descrizione accurata del difetto (si consiglia di allegare anche materiale fotografico). Il Titolare provvederà a verificare il difetto di conformità.

Se viene accertato il difetto, l’Utente ha diritto, a sua scelta, alla riparazione o sostituzione del prodotto difettoso, senza spese aggiuntive. Se tali opzioni non sono possibili o eccessivamente onerose, l’Utente può richiedere una riduzione del prezzo o la risoluzione del contratto.

Vicode Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), users who purchase products or services on Vicode have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the user, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send an explicit declaration of their decision via one of the provided contact methods. You may use the optional withdrawal form available [here](link to withdrawal form).

Effects of Withdrawal

If the user withdraws from the contract, Vicode will refund all payments made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by Vicode) without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which Vicode is informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment method the user used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The user will not incur any additional costs as a result of such a refund. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the user provides proof of having returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Conditions for Return of Goods

The user is requested to return the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the 14-day period expires. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the user, unless otherwise agreed. Vicode does not apply any restocking fees.

The user is only liable for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

All items sold on Vicode.it are handcrafted, without the use of industrial machinery, using only natural raw materials and eco-sustainable processes. Each piece is entirely handmade and hand-painted, which may result in slight imperfections, color variations, dimensional differences, or small cracks. These characteristics are not considered defects but unique expressions of the craftsmanship of the product, enhancing its value and uniqueness. As a result, these elements do not constitute grounds for a return.

Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Personalized or custom-made products: goods made to order or clearly personalized at the request of the user.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiration date.
• "Final sale" or other items sold at discounted prices in non-refundable promotions (this includes clearance or final sales).

Legal Warranty of Conformity

Users are entitled to the legal warranty of conformity on products purchased on Vicode, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. The warranty is valid for 24 months from the delivery of the goods and covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 2 months of their discovery.

To exercise the right to warranty, the user must send an email to the owner, providing the order number and an accurate description of the defect (it is recommended to attach photographic evidence). The owner will verify the conformity defect.

If the defect is confirmed, the user is entitled, at their discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product, without additional costs. If these options are not possible or excessively burdensome, the user may request a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
