Prodotti Artigianali - Condizioni sui Resi
Tutti gli oggetti venduti su Vicode.it sono realizzati artigianalmente, senza l'utilizzo di macchinari industriali, impiegando materie prime naturali e processi ecosostenibili. Ogni pezzo è fatto e colorato a mano, il che può comportare leggere imperfezioni, variazioni cromatiche, piccole crepe o differenze dimensionali. Tali caratteristiche non devono essere considerate difetti, ma elementi che ne esaltano l’unicità e il valore artigianale. Per questa ragione, non accettiamo resi basati su tali aspetti, che riteniamo parte integrante della qualità e autenticità dei nostri prodotti.
Contenuti forniti dall'Utente
Gli Utenti sono responsabili per i contenuti propri e di terzi che condividono su Vicode tramite caricamento, inserimento o qualsiasi altra modalità. Gli Utenti manlevano il Titolare da ogni responsabilità in relazione alla diffusione illecita di contenuti di terzi o all’utilizzo di Vicode in modalità contrarie alla legge.
Il Titolare non svolge alcuna moderazione preventiva dei contenuti pubblicati, ma si impegna a intervenire su segnalazioni degli Utenti o ordini delle autorità in relazione a contenuti ritenuti offensivi o illeciti.
Diritti sui contenuti forniti dagli Utenti
I diritti concessi al Titolare sui contenuti forniti dagli Utenti sono limitati a quelli necessari per il funzionamento e il mantenimento del sito Vicode.
Contenuti forniti da terzi
Il Titolare non effettua alcuna moderazione preventiva sui contenuti o link forniti da terzi. Il Titolare non è responsabile di tali contenuti o della loro accessibilità.
Registrazione
Per utilizzare il Servizio o parte di esso, gli Utenti devono registrarsi fornendo dati veritieri e completi e accettando integralmente la privacy policy e i presenti Termini. L'Utente è responsabile della custodia delle proprie credenziali di accesso.
Eliminazione e chiusura degli account dell'Utente
Gli Utenti registrati possono disattivare o richiedere l'eliminazione del proprio account in qualsiasi momento attraverso l'interfaccia di Vicode o contattando il Titolare.
Il Titolare può sospendere o chiudere l'account dell'Utente senza preavviso in caso di violazione dei presenti Termini.
Acquisto
Procedura d'acquisto
Ciascun ordine costituisce un'offerta per l'acquisto dei prodotti, soggetta alla disponibilità e discrezionale accettazione del Titolare. L'Utente seleziona i prodotti, verifica e modifica le informazioni nel riepilogo dell'ordine, e conferma l'ordine previo pagamento del prezzo e delle spese indicate.
La Ricevuta di Elaborazione d’Ordine non costituisce accettazione dell'ordine. Il contratto si perfeziona al momento dell'invio della Conferma d’Ordine da parte del Titolare via email. Il Titolare può non confermare un ordine, informando l'Utente entro 20 giorni in caso di indisponibilità dei prodotti, provvedendo al rimborso delle somme pagate.
Disponibilità dei prodotti
Prezzi, descrizioni e disponibilità dei prodotti possono essere modificati senza preavviso. Le immagini sono indicative e non costituiscono garanzia delle qualità effettive dei prodotti.
Esecuzione dell'Ordine
Gli ordini vengono eseguiti nei tempi indicati nel riepilogo e nella Conferma d’Ordine. Il Titolare non è responsabile per ritardi non prevedibili al momento della conferma dell’ordine.
Consegna
Le consegne vengono effettuate durante i normali orari lavorativi all'indirizzo indicato dall'Utente. L’Utente deve verificare il contenuto della consegna e segnalare eventuali anomalie.
In caso di mancato ritiro entro il termine stabilito dal trasportatore, i prodotti verranno restituiti al Titolare, che rimborserà il prezzo, ma non le spese di spedizione.
Diritto di recesso
Gli Utenti consumatori hanno il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire motivazioni. Il periodo di recesso decorre dal giorno in cui l'Utente o un terzo da lui designato riceve fisicamente i beni.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, l'Utente deve informare il Titolare tramite una dichiarazione esplicita inviata ai contatti indicati.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso, saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti effettuati, inclusi i costi di consegna (eccetto costi supplementari per modalità di consegna diverse dalla standard). Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della notifica di recesso, utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento.
Il Titolare può sospendere il rimborso fino alla ricezione dei beni o finché l'Utente non dimostri di averli rispediti. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico dell’Utente, responsabile della diminuzione del valore dei beni a causa di manipolazioni diverse da quelle necessarie per stabilire la natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.
Limitazioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- Beni confezionati su misura o personalizzati;
- Beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi rapidamente o che, per ragioni igieniche o di protezione della salute, non possono essere restituiti una volta aperti.
Garanzia legale di conformità
Gli Utenti consumatori hanno diritto a una garanzia di conformità sui prodotti acquistati, valida per 24 mesi dalla consegna. Il difetto deve essere comunicato al Titolare entro 2 mesi dalla scoperta, allegando il numero d’ordine e una descrizione accurata del difetto (materiale fotografico consigliato).
Se accertato il difetto, l'Utente ha diritto alla riparazione o sostituzione del prodotto, o, in caso di impossibilità o eccessiva onerosità, a una riduzione del prezzo o alla risoluzione del contratto.
Utilizzo del Servizio e Limitazioni
Gli Utenti non possono:
- Eseguire reverse engineering o modificare Vicode;
- Aggirare i sistemi di sicurezza;
- Copiare o alterare i contenuti di Vicode;
- Usare robot o mezzi automatici per accedere o raccogliere dati su Vicode.
Manleva
L'Utente si impegna a mantenere indenne il Titolare da ogni responsabilità, incluse eventuali spese legali, per danni provocati ad altri utenti o a terzi in relazione all'uso illecito del sito.

Foro competente e legge applicabile
I presenti Termini sono soggetti alla legge italiana. Le controversie saranno risolte presso il tribunale del luogo in cui ha sede il Titolare, salvo il foro esclusivo del consumatore previsto dalla legge.
Modifiche ai Termini
Il Titolare si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini, informando gli Utenti tramite pubblicazione sul sito o comunicazioni via email. Gli Utenti che continuano a utilizzare il servizio dopo le modifiche accettano i nuovi Termini senza riserva.

Vicode.it is the official website of VICODE di Elena Bonannini, selling ethnic and design products, vintage items, and products acquired worldwide. Through the website, the User can search for information about the brand and purchase products online.
Handmade Products - Return Policy
All items sold on Vicode.it are handcrafted without the use of industrial machinery, using natural raw materials and eco-friendly processes. Each piece is handmade and hand-painted, which may result in slight imperfections, color variations, small cracks, or dimensional differences. These characteristics should not be considered defects but rather elements that enhance the uniqueness and artisanal value of the product. For this reason, returns based on these aspects will not be accepted, as they are considered an integral part of the quality and authenticity of our products.
User-Provided Content
Users are responsible for their own content and that of third parties they share on Vicode through uploads, entries, or any other method. Users release the Owner from any liability in relation to the unlawful dissemination of third-party content or the use of Vicode in ways that are contrary to the law.
The Owner does not conduct any prior moderation of the content published but commits to intervening on reports from Users or orders from authorities regarding content deemed offensive or illegal.
Rights to User-Provided Content
The rights granted to the Owner over content provided by Users are limited to those necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Vicode website.
Third-Party Content
The Owner does not conduct prior moderation on third-party content or links. The Owner is not responsible for such content or its accessibility.
Registration
To use the Service or parts of it, Users must register by providing truthful and complete data and fully accepting the privacy policy and these Terms. The User is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.
Deactivation and Closure of User Accounts
Registered Users may deactivate or request the deletion of their account at any time through the Vicode interface or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner may suspend or close the User's account without prior notice in the event of a violation of these Terms.
Purchases
Purchase Procedure
Each order constitutes an offer to purchase the products, subject to the availability and discretionary acceptance of the Owner. The User selects products, verifies and modifies the information in the order summary, and confirms the order after paying the indicated price and shipping costs.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is finalized upon the issuance of the Order Confirmation by the Owner via email. The Owner may choose not to confirm an order, informing the User within 20 days if the products are unavailable, and will refund any paid amounts.
Product Availability
Prices, descriptions, and availability of products may be subject to change without notice. Images are indicative and do not guarantee the actual qualities of the products.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within the timeframe indicated in the summary and Order Confirmation. The Owner is not responsible for delays that were not foreseeable at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address provided by the User. The User must verify the contents of the delivery and report any anomalies.
If the User fails to retrieve the products within the established timeframe by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price but not the shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the User or a third party designated by the User, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Owner via an explicit statement sent to the contacts provided.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the User withdraws from the contract, Vicode will refund all payments made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery offered by Vicode), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date Vicode is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The User will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User provides proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or that, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be returned once opened.
Legal Warranty of Conformity
Consumers are entitled to a legal warranty of conformity on products purchased, valid for 24 months from delivery. The defect must be reported to the Owner within 2 months of its discovery, providing the order number and an accurate description of the defect (photographic material is recommended).
If a defect is confirmed, the User is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or, if such options are not possible or excessively burdensome, to a price reduction or contract termination.
Use of the Service and Limitations
Users may not:
- Reverse-engineer or modify Vicode.
- Circumvent security systems.
- Copy or alter Vicode content.
- Use robots or automated means to access or collect data on Vicode.
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner from any liability, including legal fees, for damages caused to other users or third parties related to the unlawful use of the site.
Privacy and Cookie Policy

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms, informing Users through publication on the site or via email communications. Users who continue to use the service after the changes accept the new Terms without reservation.
