Milan and the Living Design
Milan is not crossed, it is absorbed. Especially during Design Week, when the city becomes a stage, a refuge, a laboratory. Every street whispers an idea, every courtyard reveals a story. We experienced the city on tiptoe, letting ourselves be led through geometries, textures and atmospheres that only in this week of the year seem possible.

Between lights and visions: the heart of the Fuorisalone
We began our journey in the neighborhoods we love most: Brera, 5Vie, Porta Venezia. Spaces that during the Fuorisalone become porous, traversable, generous. Every open door hid a project, every installation an invitation to look better, to listen more. The material spoke. Design was not only function, but experience, suggestion, vibration.
One of the spaces that struck us the most? A former carpentry shop transformed into an ephemeral gallery. Natural light, unique pieces, silent dialogues between eras and materials. A carpet on a rough floor, a sculpture in dialogue with a lamp. Everything seemed in unstable balance, yet perfect.

The Salon as a collective rite
The Salone del Mobile remains a ritual. One of those to be experienced slowly, letting yourself be surprised. Stands that are worlds, installations that seem like movie sets, objects that tell a vision. The Salone is not just a product, it is a narration.
We have rediscovered some names that we have been following for a long time and discovered new realities that speak our language: that of the essential, of the gesture, of the artisan thought that does not forget beauty.
Meeting designers, observing visitors, perceiving the directions that design is taking: everything becomes precious. A form of slow observation that also accompanies us in our projects.

Milan taught us to look better
The beauty of Milan during Design Week is subtle, layered, never shouted. It hides in the details, in the contrasts, in the suspended rhythms. It is a city that knows how to open up, if you look at it with respect.
We left Milan with full eyes and a light head. With notebooks full of notes and inspirations that, we already know, will become objects, choices, collections.
This week has been a journey. Not just geographical, but aesthetic, sensitive, profound.
